This service
- 30 Minute mobile notary appointment for 1 Signer and up to 3 Notary Stamps within Marion County only. All appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance during regular business hours (M-F 9am-4pm).
- The client is providing the paperwork
- The fee includes notary stamps, travel expenses, and administrative costs.
ALL SIGNERS MUST HAVE A VALID ID THAT IS NOT EXPIRED AND CANNOT BE A COPY
Witnesses are not included but can be added for an additional fee. Please select the package and, if needed, include one or two witnesses when booking. There is no additional fee if you provide your own witnesses. Medical facilities DO NOT allow staff to serve as witnesses.
Some documents may contain multiple notary blocks. If your appointment exceeds the quoted amount (3), an additional fee of $25 per notary block will apply.

- 30 minutes, 3 documents, 1 witness $115
- 30 minutes, 3 documents, 2 witnesses $155
Extra Fee Add-on Services:
- After Hours & Holiday (weekend, holiday, after 4 pm any day of the week) $50
- Same Day Rush $50 (ASAP for same day within normal business hours 9 am-4 pm) $50
- Extra Notary Block - If you have more than 3 pages to be notarized, $25
Cancellation Policy:
- A 24-hour advance notice for a regular appointment will incur a $50 fee
- 1 hour advance notice for same-day appointment, or will incur a $50 fee
