Make it Easy on Yourself.
No need to drive across town or wait in line. We come directly to your home, office, hospital, or wherever you are.

Local Notary, Not a Referral Service
Reliable, professional, and discreet service available for individuals and businesses
You need a document notarized, but the notary's office is only open while you are at work. By the time you get there, the line is out the door, and you have already burned your lunch break. Maybe you tried a shipping store or bank branch, only to find out their notary is "unavailable today." Meanwhile, that real estate closing, power of attorney, or immigration form sits unsigned. Every day it waits is another day of uncertainty. You should not have to rearrange your life to get a stamp and a signature. Perhaps you have documents that require them to be signed in person.

EXAMPLES OF WHAT YOU MIGHT NEED A NOTARY FOR:
  • Acknowledgments: A formal notarial act where a document signer declares they willingly signed the document.
  • Immigration Forms: (I-9, Certifications) Inspect and verify an I-9 form as an Authorized Representative for an employer, but not as part of a notarial act. The notary’s role is to physically examine the employee’s original, unexpired identification and work authorization documents (from Lists A, B, or C) in person. (It's essential to note that while a notary can assist with the verification process, they cannot determine an individual's work eligibility or immigration status. That responsibility lies with the employer, and they must ensure they comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding employment verification). Download forms: I-9 and instructions
  • Mortgage documents: Deeds of trust, title transfers, and all loan / real estate closing paperwork notarized at your preferred location.
  • Power of Attorney: General, durable, and limited power of attorney documents notarized on-site. Time-sensitive situations handled with same-day availability.
  • Wills & Estate Planning: Last wills, living wills, trusts, and estate planning documents notarized with care and confidentiality at your home or attorney's office.
  • Contracts & Business Agreements: Business contracts, partnership agreements, affidavits, and sworn statements notarized at your office or any meeting location.
  • Bank & Financial Documents: Loan documents, account authorizations, financial affidavits, and banking paperwork notarized at your home or branch.
  • Certify the contents of safe deposit boxes: Notaries are required to be present during the opening of a safe-deposit box, specifically when the box is being opened due to unpaid rent or the lessee’s death.  The notary must be independent, meaning they cannot be an employee, director, officer, or stockholder of the financial institution.
  • Passport Applications: Notarization and document certification. We bring the service to you so you can skip the post office lines.
  • USPS Form 1583: Any person or company that wants to rent a Private Mailbox (PMB), such as a virtual mailbox, must complete and submit the USPS Form 1583 after it has been notarized.  You submit it to the CMRA, who will then make a copy available to the USPS.
  • VIN or Odometer Verification: (FL Form 82042 or 82993) for out-of-state titles (the vehicle title and driver’s license are needed. The vehicle must be present in Florida for the verification process). We meet you at your vehicle location. Forms can be obtained from the towing company, impound lot, or the police department that authorized the tow.  Specific templates may vary by jurisdiction
  • Authorization to Release Vehicle: If your vehicle has been impounded, we can print and meet you to notarize a Power of Attorney to allow another person to pick up/view your vehicle or remove personal property from the vehicle. Forms can be obtained from the towing company, impound lot, or the police department that authorized the tow.  Specific templates may vary by jurisdiction.
  • Wedding License: We notarize your wedding license at your chosen location so you can file it with your local clerk's office. Only notarization will not officiate at the ceremony.
  • Affidavits
  • Jurats: A notarial act where a signer swears or affirms under oath that the contents of a document are true to the best of their knowledge.
  • Adoption-related documents
  • Divorce & separation agreements
  • Name change documents
  • Quit Claim Deeds
  • Family Law Forms: Access free Florida family law forms for DIY filings. Many of these forms must be notarized
  • Jail Notarization: Please verify with the prison beforehand if they permit notaries to visit, since each institution has different regulations. If yes, ask for the procedure to allow a notary visit, and notarization can be scheduled.
  • Asset Recovery Acknowledgement: Notary delivers paperwork for unclaimed funds held by the state government, secures a signature, and verifies the identity of the signer.
  • Class Action Tort settlement | Structured Settlement documents: Notary visits the indicated address, secures a signature on Release of All Claims forms, settlement agreements, affidavits, etc., and verifies the identity of the signer. Unable to reach a claimant? A notary can visit the claimant's last known address to verify if the person is deceased.
  • Minor Consent Forms - We can notarize the following:
  1. Medical Consent Form: Allows a minor's parent or legal guardian to authorize medical treatment or procedures for the minor in case of emergencies or routine care.
  2. Driver's Application: One parent or guardian must sign a consent to validate the application
  3. Travel Consent Form: A document that grants permission for a minor to travel with someone other than their parent or legal guardian, such as a relative or family friend.
  4. DS-3053 Statement of Consent: U.S. Passport Issuance to a Child. Download State Dept. form

  6. Work Permit (Employment) Consent Form: Some states require a work permit for minors to work, and such a form may need to be notarized.
  7. Release of Liability Waivers: These forms are used for various activities such as sports, recreational events, or summer camps, where the parent or legal guardian grants consent for the minor to participate and releases the organizers from any liability.
  8. Legal Consent Form for Guardianship or Custody: If a minor is placed under temporary or permanent guardianship or custody of someone other than their parent, the legal consent forms related to this arrangement may require notarization.
  9. Tattoos and Piercings for Minors -  Teenagers aged 16 or 17 may receive tattoos only with written, notarized consent from a parent or legal guardian, who must also be present during the procedure. Florida law prohibits tattooing anyone under 16, and piercing procedures must have the parent present. Parent and minor must present a valid ID.  Download: Tattoo consent form and/or Body Piercing consent form
  • Credible Witness Affidavit: This serves as an alternative method for verifying the signer's identity when traditional forms of identification are unavailable or not acceptable. In Florida, if the notary public does not personally know the credible witness, two credible witnesses are required. Both must swear or affirm that they personally know the signer, and that the signer does not possess acceptable identification, and that they believe it would be difficult or impossible for the signer to obtain such identification. Download Affidavit
  • Copy Certification: A copy certification is a formal, notarized statement that attests a copy of a document is a full, true, and accurate reproduction of the original.
  • Pre-Nuptial Agreement: Nature of documents remains confidential.
  • Address Forms, Domicile and Residency Affidavits: The courts, insurance claims,  college campuses & FLHMSV require a notarized certification of address or proof of residency. Form 71120

A mobile notary service provides notarization by traveling to a client's location rather than requiring the client to visit a fixed office. This is especially beneficial for individuals and businesses that need documents notarized quickly and conveniently, such as real estate professionals, legal firms, and those handling sensitive paperwork. If you are not comfortable completing a notarization online or can't travel, a mobile notary is the solution.

I can travel to homes, offices, hospitals, or any agreed-upon location, making it easier for people who are unable to travel due to health concerns, mobility issues, or other limitations. For example, a hospital patient who urgently needs a power of attorney signed but is unable to leave their bed can have a mobile notary travel to the hospital to verify identities, witness signatures, and ensure the legal process is properly followed. Mobile notaries are also helpful for people with busy schedules or urgent needs.

Additionally, mobile notaries can assist in situations where multiple parties need to sign documents, such as real estate or mortgage transactions, by meeting at a convenient location. They can also provide services in less populated areas, making it easier for people to complete legal paperwork without the need to travel long distances.

In summary, mobile notary services offer flexibility, accessibility, and convenience, making them a valuable option for individuals and businesses that require notarization but face challenges in visiting a traditional notary office.
